This notice explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it, and the rights you can exercise. Plain English first; legal precision in the detail.

Relationale is operated by the founding studio of Dr. Keiron Brown, Psy.D. References to "we," "our," and "us" refer to Relationale.

  • Account data — name, email, password hash, profile information you provide.
  • Purchase data — what you bought, when, the amount, and a payment-provider reference (we do not store card numbers).
  • Library activity — which lessons you have opened or completed, bookmarks you create, and favorites you save.
  • Communications — messages you send us, support tickets, newsletter subscription status.
  • Technical data — IP, browser, device, and minimal log data needed to keep the service available and secure.
  • We do not sell your data.
  • We do not share or trade reader lists with third parties.
  • We do not use behavioral surveillance to manipulate purchases.
  • We do not run third-party advertising trackers on the site.

To deliver what you purchase, to keep your library available across sessions, to support you when something goes wrong, to send the newsletter if you have subscribed, and to maintain the security and integrity of the platform.

Account and purchase data are retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to honor refund, tax, and accounting obligations. You can request deletion at any time, subject to those obligations.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these, write to privacy@relationale.net.

Relationale is not directed to children under the age of 16 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
