You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account. Accounts are personal and not transferable.

When you purchase a course, ebook, audiobook, journal, devotional, or printable, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to access and use that content for your own non-commercial purposes. You may print or download printables for personal use. You may not redistribute, resell, or republish the content.

• Do not share your account or library access.
• Do not scrape, mirror, or republish course materials.
• Do not attempt to bypass security or rate limits.
• Do not use the platform to harass others or to upload unlawful content.

Relationale is educational and reflective in nature. Nothing on the platform constitutes medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice for an individual case. Please seek licensed care where care is indicated.

Purchases are processed by a regulated payment provider. Prices are shown in the applicable currency. Taxes are added where required by law. See the refund policy for return terms.

All Relationale content, including text, audio, video, images, and design, is the property of Relationale or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law.

The platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of your use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts for material breach of these terms. Lawful purchases remain accessible to you to the extent reasonable and practical.

These terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction stated in the final commercial release. Disputes will be resolved as set out there.
